Bought a blender and it doesn’t work. Lost the representative information I got it during Covid isolation period so there was many sellers on line this one was from California I am in El Paso Texas.

Blender doesn't work; it's brand new out of the box. I tried to get hold of a local representative, and none of them answered my calls.

I tried to call customer service, and again, no one called me back. Getting disappointed, I think every representative is supposed to be alert.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Out of price of item $179. PH gave me credit for $129.95 towards merchandise

I contacted PH regarding pan on which coating came off, was asked to send back for inspection and weeks went by with no response , do not recommend princess house , poor quality and overpriced, customer service doesnt not respond or help customers and at this point trying to get hold of them but they ghosted me out
